Joshua Zatcoff – Teacher at Arizona’s AP College Preparatory Academy After working as an Arizona attorney, Joshua Zatcoff became a teacher at Advanced Placement College Preparatory Academy. As a teacher, Joshua Zatcoff educates Arizona students in grades three through 12 in AP government, history, language, and composition. Mr. Zatcoff’s time as an attorney was with the Attorney General’s Office, where he worked for a year beginning in 2013. Here, he wrote summary judgment responses, disclosure statements, seizure warrants, notices of releases, and settlement agreements, in addition to working with the Department of Financial Remedies. His accomplishments in law are having outscored other attorneys in 40 states and every law school in the Uniform Bar Exam and publishing an article in an international law journal. However, in 2014, Mr. Zatcoff went into teaching when the Advanced Placement College Preparatory Academy hired him. His work with the students has culminated in them achieving the highest scores on state standardized assessments for both the school and the district. Mr. Zatcoff is an Arizona Bar Association member. His credentials outside of the 10 years with the Academy are a bachelor’s degree in politics from Brandeis University, a law degree from New England Law Boston, and a bachelor’s degree in education from Rio Salado College.
